I’ve nurtured a passion for helping others for over 40 years. My experiences include caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, cancer, hospice, cardiovascular disease, Parkinson’s, Physical Therspy needs.
I attended college to pursue a nursing career specializing in OB/GYN and Labor and Delivery and left before graduating to care for my mother who had been diagnosed with brain cancer. After her passing I decided to experience other directions for about 10 years . During this time I met my husband, a career army soldier and raised two children traveling the world in support.
My children are grown with their own and I currently care for seniors in their homes. My duties have included full housekeeping, cooking, caring for pets, administering medications, transporting to doctor appointments.
I believe that each person needs different degrees of assistance and I pride myself in being able to fit into their lives and assure their needs are met with out disrupting their routines which can be very important in their safety and happiness.
