• Work on a team of four full-time staff to provide total care, support and ensure safety for twelve moderate to low functioning disabled young adults attending the Youth Development Program (YDP) Day Rehabilitation Program
• Provide and engage in life-enrichment, sensory and recreation activities in-house and the community
• Respond to behavioral, emotional and physical crisis through use of evidence based intervention strategies as well as techniques of harm / self-harm prevention and deflection
• Provide transportation (community drop off / pick up); use state approved wheelchair tie-down procedure to ensure safety while operating agency vehicles
• Daily use of agency electronic client data base (EVOLV), Human Resource (ULTIPRO) and time-card (Extend Time) systems. Other duties as assigned.
