Lacherria’s Bio
I became a Certified Nursing Assistant my senior year in High School. I always wanted to be able to help the elderly whenever they need help. My senior year my dad had to have surgery of his spinal column, he had a tumor that was growing and that had to be remove. During his surgery he had a heart attack and a light stroke that left him blind of the left side and off balance and he had to have a colonostomy. I was hurt and didn't know what to do. Seeing him frustrated and not being able to do for himself saddened me. I always had a thing to go out and help the homeless people or anyone that needs help or assistance. As a CNA, my patients family members always made sure I was recoignized for my good work and showed me that they appreciated me... I love my job caring and being there for these people. It brings out the best in me.
