Hi! My first job was as a dishwasher at a nursing home, from there I was able to interact with residents with some having no problems at all to some dealing with Alzheimer's and dementia. While at the nursing home everyone employed there had to take a 8 hour course on precautions with residents. The course included us watching movies on how to take proper precautions and a doll which they demonstrated how to do CPR. I also was taken in by my grandparents for a while as a child too
