I have workes for some nice families helping with an elderly family member. Help to tidy up apartment, bring trash out, laundry, put groceries away, and when needed attend Dr. appointments.
My prossional career is in healthcare administration management, I hold a BA from Endicott College in Business/Psychology.
I've worked in Retirement Homes as a Unit Aide, duties included; transporting residents, help feeding, sitting, talking and providing companionship. I was also a hospice volunteer at the hospice of North Shore.
I helped to care for my Mom who had Dementia for many years. Visiting and engaging her in several different activities and hobbies she enjoyed.
I currently volunteer bringing my registered therapy dog to visit to different facilities. I would be happy to share her with your loved one!
