Mature, reliable, retired teacher available to assist your loved one with the activities of daily living including light housekeeping - vacuuming, dusting, dry mopping, dish washing, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, changing beds, washing, ironing and folding clothes.
I have a background in nutrition, I’m skilled at preparing nutritious meals and snacks as well as following and designing a specialized diet plan as required.
