I am an experienced caregiver with an upbeat attitude, a lot of patience, and a general inclination for helping people. I've been assisting an aging parent for several years, and have experience working as a PCA with a paraplegic, and others disabled by stroke and cancer.
My background is in music, teaching, massage therapy, and fitness. I can offer encouraging motivation with your prescribed exercises or give tips for general health and wellness.
I'm very handy around the house, having been a former homeowner, and I currently help several seniors, taking care of their many household needs from regular maintenance, to ladder jobs, dog walking, etc... If you can think of an odd job, I've probably done it.
