Hi, I'm Jen, experienced for years as a senior caretaker.
Throughout the years I have worked as a nurses-aide in nursing home, been an assistant activities director in a long term care facility, and worked in a group home caring for mentally ill elderly. Within the past decade I cared exclusively for a family member with Parkinson's Disease and advanced dementia.
Most recently, I cared for a sweet 95 year old lady with dementia.
I am very aware of the needs of the elderly. I am cognizant of the behaviors and physical obstacles they present with.
I am loving, patient and kind. Safety and well-being is priority. Interaction and mental stimulation.
Available for companionship, outings, appointments and meal prep.
