I've been in the health care field since 1999. I managed a residential home for over 18 yrs with individuals who suffered from complex medical conditions and complex emotional conditions. I've had experience with end of life care from an unexpected diagnosis to a planned end of life plan, special dietary needs, skin care, wound care. I was CNA and HHA certified for many years however I'm no longer certified. I am currently CPR and 1st Aid certified. I've worked with individuals in recovery and individuals who are just learning how to manage new conditions and at all ages of life. I'm big on infection control, privacy and dignity. I treat all individuals despite their challenges with the same TLC.
