Performing all duties assigned to a Certified Nurses Aide IV within a skilled hospital. Duties included but not limited to:ADL.s , Dietary needs, I/O Charting, Vital Signs,BP,CBS,Suctioning & tracheostomy care and sterile dressing techniques.

Assisting the client with Lou Gehrigs disease (ALS) with all his ADL needs during my shift. Assist in promoting alertness through conversation and other social activities that interest the client. Accompany the client on medical visits.
