Hi my name is Claudette and I have been an elder companion for over 35 years working with the older population on Cape Cod. I still serve the older folk even though I am getting up there in age myself. I love to drive and find it very relaxing. I also have a perfect driving record. So I decided to offer my services driving the older folk on the Cape to appointments, social events and shopping. If my client is unsteady on their feet I go into the home and walk them out to the car as well as walking them into their appointment. I drop them off at the supermarket and when they are finished shopping I put the groceries into the car and help carry them from the car into the house. I drop them off at their children's homes for visits . I still do work with the older folk but mainly as a personal assistant paying bills, transporting, keeping a social calendar, organization within the home. I have wonderful references and a great sense of humor! In the past I have worked for Kelly Health Care, Griswold Special Care, Cape Cod VNA, Wise Living as a receptionist and have put in many hours of private duty.
