I have been working in an assisted living and I loved it, I still work there as per diem but one thing that I loved most was the one on one time. I just loved the story telling even though the unite I was working on was the dementia unite. I have learnt so much that it has made me want to pursue nursing. Doing this job requires listening , patience plus them connecting with you is just a blessing
