Hi, I’m Jennifer. My background in caregiving started with helping care for my grandmother, who lived with dementia. For over four years, I supported her through daily routines and companionship. Since then, I’ve also cared for children and adults with disabilities, offering gentle reminders, emotional support, and a steady presence.

I enjoy building real connections with the people I care for. It matters to me that others feel seen, heard, and accepted. I can assist with companionship, keeping schedules on track, and helping set up appointments. I’m happy to go for walks, read together, play games, or just be there to talk and listen.

My training is in mental health care, which helps me bring calm, patience, and understanding into my work. I’m here to support in a way that feels respectful, kind, and grounded.
