When working with an elderly or someone disable, to me is not just about the income, but is much more about the person. Try to understand his/ her feeling, try to get to know him/ her. Understand his/ her needs. I do have some experience working as an RCA at an assisted living for few months. I worked at in the dementia unit: helping with laundry, hourly check and toileting as well. I'm a very hard worker, very focus and don't smoke.
