I have worked in healthcare for 32 years - both private and public health- as a registered dental hygienist and the highlight of my role has been the relationships that I’ve built with my patients. As I’m phasing out of the clinical aspect of my job, the healthcare provider mindset is still very strong for me! I am certified in first aid and CPR and have decades of real life experience, taking care of my own children and elderly parents. I have a safe driving record and a clean CORI. I have an easy-going personality and sense of humor that has served me well in working with the public for so long. I love animals, particularly dogs, and I volunteer with a dog rescue. I’ve also had chickens & a pig and currently have two goats! I’m comfortable in all settings and have experience with dementia patients, limited mobility and wheelchairs & walkers.
