Hello! I have worked providing care for many years. I am currently completing a 4+ years nannying role for a family. Previously, I spent 8 years in an adult group home setting overseen by 2 state agencies caring for various ages and abilities. I support quality of life through person centered care which is based on the person's/family's interests and needs. I have experience with mobility, post surgical care, nutrition, memory impairment, medication reminders and more. I am not a CNA or PCA.
I also have 15+ years background in wellness/lifestyle coaching and personal training. I worked with clients in rehab from orthopedic injuries as well as running ins company facilitated bootcamps for various City departments through a local gym.
I have been cpr and first aid certified for 40 years.
I am Severely allergic to dogs. I am ok with cats and birds!
