Personal Care Assistant
Served as personal care assistant for over 10 patients with physical and mental handicaps as well as the elderly.
Developed individualized personal care plans for patients detailing daily tasks and weekly schedules including medication monitoring. Utilized monitoring and record-keeping skills to verify the patients’ health and overall wellness and all activities and needs are met.
Reviewed guidance and implemented processes and procedures for applicable laws and policies (Privacy/HIPAA) to ensure all regulatory standards were met. Followed all standard protocols to maintain highest level of patient safety and hygiene at all times.
