I recently work with the Newark Parks / Recreation Safety Town Program with children under 12 yrs. of age for two weeks. I enjoyed helping children about be safe in every day life which included- fire safety, not talking to strangers, respecting authority figures, etc. My training as a fitness specialist from West Chester University helped in this regard as well as a living community specialist with autistic children and adults for 13 year in Bear Delaware. I have worked in the City of Wilmington all of life dealing with youths as well as children with Boys / Girls Club of America, Children and Families First, Big Brothers and Sisters and Pulaski Intermediate School. As a former school teacher, Paraprofessional, one one instructional aid I very much working with people including one people on different issues of life. Living in five different states before 24 years of age helped me to adjust to life circumstances and to be fully aware of children problems.
