Marina’s Bio
I have worked in two separate retirement homes. I was a part of Edenton retirement since I was 15. I started out as a volunteer working in the activities room where we played board games, did nails,, had daily exercise and had long talks about their pasts. I grew close to many and brought them lunches, coffee, and little sweet snacks. I left Edenton and went on to buckinghams choice where I worked for a dietician, but became close to residents there. I assisted in getting in/out of bed, helping with medicine and feeding. I enjoy helping others in any way possible and I love to talk and learn about history.
