She is always cheerful, patient, and always a little bit early. She comes with a depth of experience relating with children. She understands what is happening with our children and can relate to them on their own level. The children are safe and happy when they are with her. She is dependable and flexible with our requests. She often volunteers to help with tasks that are not part of her regular caregiving duties. I am so happy that we are working with Doreen.
