I provided care such as bathing, nail care, hair care, meals, laundry, cleaning, taking vitals, collecting specimens reporting any change in the patient and documenting.
Crofton Care Rehabilitation Center I worked as a nursing assistant I worked on the long care unit feeding patience, providing care for their daily living such as bathing, dressing, transferring, taking them to the bathroom every 2 hours, repositioning every 2 hours taking patients to their activities, getting them ready for appointments.
