I was the care giver for 2 years while my parents were in Assisted Living. I held the staff accountable for their job functions and responsibilities. I monitored my parents meds, scheduled and took them to appointments, ordered various medical supplies and equipment, managed their insurance and bills, secured various household supplies and clothing, etc. This was a full time job but I wanted to make sure that my parents were as comfortable as possible.
