Dina agreed to a face to face interview for a job to look after my mother.
My wife and I waited for one hour for her after scheduling a time with her. She did not bother to phone us or text us or email us to let us know that she would be late although she knew we would be waiting for her.
My wife repeatedly texted her to let her know we were waiting for her.
She then texted my wife more than an hour later with a one liner - My phone was dead. No apologies or no attempt to reschedule.
This person is unprofessional and certainly not reliable.
I have experience in hiring many caregivers and have never encountered this sort of bad unprofessional behavior.
