I have worked as a nanny for over three years and have been taking care of children for over ten years. I also assist with the elderly through various impairments. Most recently, I have been caring for my 70 year old father through stage four Cancer. I have knowledge of medications, first aid and other basic health care needs.
Currently, I am studying early childhood education and Northern Virginia Community College and will graduate May 2015. I will continue on to GMU to get my bachelors degree in elementary education. After which, I plan to get my PhD in pediatric psychology.

Lauren worked for us for two-and-a-half years, and only recently left because our youngest is entering kindergarten and she was seeking more hours than we could provide. She proved to be a very worthwhile choice as a nanny. She is reliable, bright, responsible, organized, talented, and firm yet fun with children - everything you would want in a caregiver. We trusted her to leave our children in her care when we were both out of town. She is a favorite sitter among our friends and neighbors (and their kids), and we would assuredly call her again if the need arises.
