Hello! My name is Arleen Smith. I am currently an employee with the Carroll County Public School District; I’m in my 4th year of working closely with 18-21 year olds with special needs (this job includes toileting and medical needs). I have my 90 childcare hours, and have a year of experience working as a substitute in an elementary school K-5, as well as volunteer experience working with 2-3 year olds in a daycare setting. I have written and published a children’s book and enjoy the fundamentals of child development.
