I have been working in the healthcare field as an R.N. and caregiver for 30 years. My passion has always been in caring for the elderly. My husband is retired Coast Guard and so, I have traveled the country caring for all types of people in many different settings. From the city of Boston, to the Louisiana bayou, I have been blessed with many unique experiences. We are finally in our forever home here in Maryland. and I am looking to slow down my pace a bit and find a part-time position caring for the elderly in their home. I am a very positive, happy-go-lucky person and a hard worker. I look forward to being able to establish a meaningful relationship with the person I am caring for and to help them feel comfortable, important, happy and safe. My most recent caregiving experience involved caring for a gentleman with advanced Parkinson’s Disease and Lewy Body Dementia.
