Currently work as a Enhanced Care Coordinator (field-based) for adults experiencing homelessness with various chronic health/preventative health needs. I am CPR & First Aid Certified and I have completed various trainings some of which include: mandated reporting (CPS, APS); trauma-informed practice; chronic health, SUD, MH signs, symptoms, treatment amongst lthe life span; social determinants health and antiracism trainings. Outside of my primary career, I am seeking additional work to utilize my skills and work as an adult care companion. While I do not currently hold a license as an Adult Care Companion - I believe that my years of experience in my current occupation and work I have done with family members with dementia and individuals with intellectual disabilities have provided me with a robust skill that align with the responsibilities for this role.
