Seth’s Bio
Since I could walk and talk, I have served others in some capacity. Raised by church-going parents, a teacher and a nurse, my seven brothers and sisters and I were expected to put others before ourselves. Some of my earliest memories are fetching mail, shoveling, and mowing for our elderly neighbors; not surprisingly, we grew up to become teachers, doctors, nurses, police officers, and social workers. Though I have spent most of my working career as a teacher, I have also worked for several years with developmentally adults helping each to lead independent lives in their own homes. Through the years, I fulfilled countless hours of training and certifications in client rights, medication administration, safe driving, passive restraint, CPR, and first aid, and others. After all, in the human services, one is constantly learning.
