I have 6 years experience working with high school age students with disabilities. I have worked with students with ASD as well as physical disabilities.
I have also worked with young adults with disabilities giving support with life, transition, and job skill support.
While in college, I was a live in nanny for a child with severe physical and cognitive challenges for a semester.
I really enjoy working with young adults and providing 1 on 1 support for life skills and basic support.
I am looking at making a jump from working in the public school system to a more individual private support role.
