I have many years experience with the elderly population. Starting first with one year training under registered nurses. Where I gained confidence to help care for a wide range of situations that might occur.
I've worked in nursing homes and for private companies. My favorite is individual care or one on one care especially if there's dementia or alzheimers involved. That way the patient can feel stabilty with predictability an consistancy in their life with the same care giver.
I enjoy simple conversation or sometimes whatever the talks about I am easy to converse with.
