I have worked in the health field on and off since I was in high school. I was a care companion in high school, an EMT for three years after high school and this summer I worked full time at an AFC home that specialized in caring for adults with Alzheimer's. The owner is a friend of a friend and needed help over the summer and now that school is starting (I attend KVCC) I can only help out certain weekends due to my school schedule. I am looking for a flexible/part-time companion position. I would be willing to help with light cleaning, meal prep, med reminder and activities. I would prefer someone mobile or slight assistance with walking. I can not take on someone who is a full assist. I can provide references upon request and answer any questions. Thank you for looking.
