I have been taking care of children my whole life and have a strong passion for this. I started babysitting at age 11 formally, but had much experience with childcare before that. I have been an RN for 30 years with most of this career in labor and delivery. I have a current and unblemished MI nursing license. I also have reliable and child safe transportation and a good driving record. Besides my nursing license, I am currently certified in Basic life support. I have also been previously certified in Pediatric, neonatal and advanced life support.
I am looking to get out of the traditional hospital nursing and it's guidelines and expectations and do what I love, caring and nurturing children. Of course I don't expect RN wages for this job, but look forward to the flexibility and fun of babysitting children and or pets in your home.
I have a flexible schedule and am willing to do part time, full time or as needed childcare. I can be available for short notice care at this time.
