Danielle’s Bio

I am great taking care of Seniors and Disabled adults! I took care of my own Mom ! I started when I was 15yrs old and she decided to sign herself out of the hospital because they were not taking very good care of her and honestly they were mean to her! When I first got her home she was unable to walk due to the fact that in the hospital she was placed on a ventilator and spent weeks in a medically induced coma! She made great progress was taken off and moved from CCU To another floor and wasn't getting the best care! So I gladly let her know I would take care of her! I learned to be able to change her bedding while she was still in bed, I changed her depends, would place the bed pan under her when I was fast enough. I bathed her fed her and also did all her physical therapy and also came up with things to help her memory . I taught her how to use utensils for food again and had her up and walking before 2 weeks hit! I did all of this on my own at the age of 15! We even surprised the nurses who haddefibrillator are of her in ICU! I also surprised Doctors because through a simple meditation and breathing exercise I came up with I helped her stop chest pains and could bring her heart rate down from 150 beats and higher to what was her normal of 98 (she had heart problems) and what shocked me was even tho she had Parkinson's disease simply memory card games I'd play with her improved her memory incrediblely! While taking care of her health I also cleaned our house and cooked for us and did the errands! I actually took care of my Mom till the morning she passed away in her sleep when I was 27yrs old! We even defeated the doctors when they told her she only had 6months to live I am proud to say I helped her keep herself alive for over 10more years after! I even learned to clean her wound on her back that happened when her heart stopped and they had to use a defibrillator to restart her heart she had a huge gash on her back from the electric shock going straight through her which unfortunately got a staph infection in it while she was in the hospital! I had no training for any of this I just let my instincts take over and did what I felt was Best! I had to drop outta highschool and did so with no hesitation even tho it meant giving up a full scholarship to UofM! I am the youngest of 4 kids and I had no problem passing my life to help save my Moms and take care of her! We had one of the most closets unique bonds ever! And I'd do it all over again
