I do not recommend Kimber at all. After 3 weeks of working together with no issues, she very suddenly texts me on a Sunday evening last-minute to tell me she will no longer be watching my son before a full work week. As you can imagine, this put me in a great deal of difficulty since I now have to cancel and reschedule a week worth of clients on a Sunday evening. If you want someone with poor work ethic who only wants to do the bare minimum, she would make a great fit for your family.
