Frances’s Bio
Hi! I am Frances. I am very different from the average person I'd say. I'm the type that can be silly, fun, and my true self in public without any worry of what someone would think. When I do this, I know I make people's day and bring a little joy into their life just by the smile I put on their face. I think that being your true self is more important than anything, and finding who you are can be hard with the influence of many different kinds of people, because all someone wants at a young age is to "fit in." I believe one of my greatest gifts is to bring out true qualities. To me, finding your true self during the developmental stages is one of the most important things because it will lead one to their true path faster, and it will attract people that will help one grow instead of slow them down. I absolutely love being a light in someone's life. I am very empathetic, so I can really understand people's needs, and the happiness of others creates happiness for me. would do anything to help someone have a better day. I would love the opportunity to be one of the most important figures in a person's life.
I worked at a place called Stepping Stones for living for a little over a year before I moved to the cities area. I provided supervision and transportation to and from personal appointments, personal needs shopping, community activities, day program, and long distance home visits for vulnerable adults. I also assisted clients with basic household duties, time management, and personal hygiene. I have a certification in CPI (crisis prevention intervention), MA (medication administration) and CPR. After I moved, I worked for a lady with diabetes by helping her with transportation, household chores, some physical assistance by massage, and provided her with companionship. When I was younger I did child care for a gym in Duluth called Progressive Martial Arts and Fitness, as well as various baby sitting jobs.
