Tara’s Bio
I have an Associates Degree in Human Services that I obtained at Inver Hills Community College in 1996. My concentration was in Psychology, Child Development & Chemical Dependency. I have a 22 yr old daughter and a 17 month old grandson who are my everything, along with my 14 year old golden retriever/terrier! Over the past several years I have enjoyed working with so many different people and providing services to them, along with gaining lasting relationships. I have experience in child care, adult foster care, group residential housing, homeless outreach and many other areas. I left my last job of many years in July 2014 realizing that life is so short, we all deserve & need some time off to enjoy. The other big reason is because I was tired of corporate policies that quite frankly enable people, I am one who believes in empowering! The Lord has truly blessed me and I am of strong faith. I have so many wonderful true life stories to share throughout my journey and hope to get the opportunity to with those who are interested in meeting me and are open to further discussing my qualifications.
