I have been working as a nursing assistant at Methodist hospital for over three years. I specialize in the medical surgical/pediatrics unit but have a variety of experience in mental health, neurology, oncology, ICU, emergency department and so on. I am currently in my last year of nursing school pursing my BSN-RN. I will graduate this September, however I will not begin working my RN position until November, so I’m seeking a part time job with pediatrics helping them with their everyday lives. Pediatric patients, constantly growing and adapting, require especially cognizant and compassionate care. I would love more than anything to provide the best care to this population while knowing I too can learn from these special patients.
