I love care giving because helping others is one of my favorite things to do and seeing those happy because of my help make me extremely happy and grateful. I technically don’t have exact experience because I worked in an assisted living and did dietary aide and not caregiving. At times I still found myself doing things that a caregiver would do even as a dietary aide for example like helping residents with their walker or assisting them with their food etc. I have amazing organization skills, adaptability, communication patience, responsibility, and empathy. Working at an assisted living i’ve definitely gained experience from working with older people and also observing how and what it’s like to be a caregiver. I’ve been told I have amazing skills and have been offered a Residant Assisant at my previous job because of my demeanor and skills.
