Jayden’s Bio
As a second-year physical therapy student, certified personal trainer, and nutrition coach, I am passionate about helping people live healthy, independent, and fulfilling lives. Since high school, I have worked with individuals of all ages and abilities, including people with developmental disabilities, personal training clients ranging from 17 to 95 years old, and physical therapy patients across the lifespan. I am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified and bring a strong foundation in health, wellness, and mobility.
What I love most about caregiving is building meaningful connections with people. I enjoy getting to know each person's unique story, hearing about their life experiences, adventures, challenges, and accomplishments, and learning what makes them who they are. I strive to support others in a way that promotes independence, preserves dignity, and respects each individual, while providing compassionate and dependable care.

Jayden was soo great with our 3.5 month old! We were in town for a wedding and she was able to watch our son while we attended the wedding. She was super sweet and nurturing and asked all the right questions. Our son was going through a sleep regression and she still handled that so well and I felt like he was well taken care of. Would highly recommend her to anyone!
Jayden was fantastic with our 7 month old. Great communication with scheduling, punctual, and so patient when our son was having a tough time with separation anxiety. We would highly recommend Jayden!
Jayden is fantastic with my 2 dogs. One of my dogs can be a bit of a stinker and Jayden i handles my pup's spunkiness with ease. I 100% feel comfortable leaving my girls in Jayden's care.
Jayden took wonderful care of my dog during her walks. She's been consistently reliable, quick to respond, polite and very professional. I strongly recommend her.
