I became a CNA in 2015 and started out in a hospital/nursing home in rural Minnesota. After moving back to the Twin Cities, I have worked directly in the homes of elderly clients, which I prefer as it allows me to take the time needed to address all of their needs and feel much better about the quality of care I'm providing.
I spend my days working as a freelance editor and often substitute in local schools. Should you need vacation or business travel time away, I can usually arrange for extended stays with just a bit of planning ahead.
