I hired Randy to watch my daughter and her three cousins for two late nights when I was in town for my brother's wedding. The kids loved him. He really does have a way with children and I was very grateful for his skills and availability. The group he watched was made of two 6 year olds, a 7 year old, and an 8 year old. He was unfazed and did a great job.
I cannot say enough beautiful things about Randy. My husband Pat and I were looking for a very unique and special person to care for our very special little person. I don't know if it was cosmic karma or the universe speaking but we connected with Randy. Randy speaks little person. He sees their souls, their hearts, their joy for life, and he makes them feel worthy of anything they choose to accomplish. He creates courage and curiosity. He has a deep understanding of what helps to build a psycho-socio-emotionally healthy child. He is a God send and it is clear his purpose in life is to grow other humans. We are so grateful to have come to know him. He sees your tiny human in a way that few people are able to- truly. He sees through their eyes. He has a gift.
