Robin W. was hired late Jan 2018 and only provided care for three weeks until her services was terminated. She called in due to family issues, traffic and also took it upon herself to change the hours provided to her. She was not able to handle simple situations involving my nieces when one refused to read or do her lesson. Robin W. was unreliable and I would have terminated her after the second week but did not.
Robin W. still owes me $60 that she was paid for in advance and did not provide care due to her being sick. She has ignored numerous contact from me to retrieve the money. This is unprofessional and disrespectful.
