Maddy’s Bio
I'm not exactly sure what to put here but I take it I'm supposed to convince you to pick me from the bunch? Just kidding. Well I won't lie, I'll be up front in the fact that I don't have nearly any paid training or expertise in companion care. Despite that, what I do have is recent experience in caring for my grandma, who is unfortunately overweight, couch-bound faced by many other health issues, for a period of time. But she has my grandpa to do so now! I got very good at accompaning her as we watched TV, made time elapsing & involving conversation while also keeping her engaged in the many different things I do. I also had to be hospitable in making sure any needs were tended to in her uncomforting situation, kept her stomach content, and always made sure she took her medications! I have the ability to do anything I set my mind to and will do so with 110% effort. Whatever you need done I will get done and get it done efficiently. If personality is a matter, which I personally believe personality is always an important aspect to consider when making a fit for a job, I'll describe myself for ya! I was so luckily graced with ADD (not) so I have a lot of energy & talk a lot so it doesn't take long for me to open up to others which is a plus. I wouldn't necessarily say I'm unique but I do have original characteristics & hobbies. I am a little bit of a good natured, sarcastic comedian (I'm sure I could make you laugh!), intelligent, responsible, athletic (played 4 sports year round up until I recently graduated), sociable, pretty strong for a girl, communicative, and lastly I'm a good multi tasker! I enjoy reading, writing, painting, spending time with friends, running, and still kick the soccer ball around from time to time. I find talent in practicing on my ukulele & play the piano on occassion, which I taught myself both. I do spend A LOT of time with my family, way too much maybe, but there's never enough time in the world for family. I'm very fortunate to have a caring, supportive, close knit family that I will always respect & be thankful for. If you feel I would be a good fit for any task you need, whatever it may be, I'll be your gal. Thank you for your time in reading my boring autobiography, I look forward to hearing from you!
