Megan’s Bio
For the last two and a half years, I have offered in home child care at my house. I worked with a family member who has a degree in Early Childhood Education to create a curriculum that kids have so much fun with. The siblings I watch currently have had a change in their personal life where child care is no longer needed, but still come over to play every now and then. I am the mother to a rambunctious 4 year old boy and the step-mother to a very patient 8 year old girl. I have not updated my CPR certifications, but am able to do so. While I was pregnant with my son, I was a live-in caretaker for an elderly man with dementia, bipolar disorder, and cancer. I assisted with travel to and from doctors appointments, grocery shopping, meal preparation, medicine administration, schedule keeping, laundry, house keeping, and other day to day activities such as going for walks, playing games, and reading aloud.
