Hi! My name is Merritt :) I am a fourth-year Biochemistry major at Butler University studying to be a pediatric oncologist. I am part of the Pre-Medical Society, Butler Automotive Club, and Alpha Phi Omega Service Co-Ed Fraternity on campus. In my free time, I volunteer as a respite hospice caretaker and spend time with friends exploring Indianapolis. I love animals, the outdoors, sports, cooking, puzzles, card/board games, and crafts.
My semester schedule for January-May 2025 is as follows:

We had a great experience with Merritt, who nannied our two year old son. She was kind, communicative, & responsible. She planned so many age-appropriate activities for him & always took great care of him. I couldn’t reccomend her more!
Merritt has been wonderful! We are pretty picky about who we hire to watch our medically complex son, and Merritt has been an amazing fit. She is confident, a fast learner, a great communicator, sweet and engaging with our son, easy to get along with, and clearly cares about our son’s needs and preferences. She is also so great with our dog! Highly recommend.
Merritt was great with both kids! She went to the park and to Target, and was so polite and professional. The kids enjoyed their time with her! She was a great communicator before and during her time with them.
We had a fantastic experience with Merritt who stepped in last minute to care for our 13-month-old daughter. She brought so much love and positive energy, keeping our little one active. Our daughter absolutely loved her, and it was such a relief to know she was in good hands. We're definitely adding her to our quick-dial list and can't wait to have her back in the future! Highly recommend!
Merritt is amazing, very professional and very kind.
Merritt has been an AMAZING help to my family. As a busy physician, I often get home late and at unpredictable times during the week. Merritt has taken my 11 year-old and 12-year old to their soccer and swim practices so that they can continue their activities despite my schedule. The kids really like her and feel very comfortable with her. I love the peace of mind that Merritt has given us and feel lucky that she is able to help us out.
We found Merritt on Sittercity and will likely never have to search for another pet sitter in the future. She's simply amazing! Not only was she available to watch our two pups with only one week notice, but she also fit in an early visit to meet them and learn their needs. She asked questions about their habits, likes, and dislikes that I didn't even think to share. They seemed to have a wonderful weekend from all the pictures she sent us of them on walks or lounging around the house! We have an 11 year old beagle and 4 month old lab/shepherd, and she was a pro with both! We are so glad we found Merritt and look forward to using her services in the future!
Merritt is great with the kids! She is patient with them. She makes sure they don’t just sit in front a screen by interacting with them and getting them outside.
