Growing up I was always my grandmother keeper. Partner as she called it. Long days and nights of cooking my favorite chocolate cakes and preparing my breakfast for dinner. Still today it's wow when I think of those scramble eggs and that delicious hamburger with the toasted buns. So many graceful years later, after a marriage and many life events I never thought I be the one doing the cooking and cleaning. Let just say great lesson taught and a great lesson learn. To make a great story short, about two years ago my grandmother was diagnose or suffering with memory loss. Late one night she was up or got up and was in the kitchen trying to wash dishes, she's very independent. Even to this day. She slipped and fell, so I was told and broke her hip. She was then rush to the hospital and the doctors preform immediately hip surgery. Upon recovery and after a few complication and addiction hospital visit here and there. Let just say her side we haven't left. We have been our on hospice. Grandmother is 94 years of age and wisdom and now needs everyday assistant. I have to cook, clean, give her water, medication, pick up from bed to wheelchair and car in order to be change, taken to doctor visits, sit up and watch television or enjoy a fresh air visit outside. To conclusion it all up, love and charity over rides everything and helping in sincerity is where the heart and LORD resides.
