Why I became a personal caregiver:
Over the years, more people are electing to stay at home due to a number of reasons;therefore caregivers are needed to perform residential care. On a more professional level, the client is not getting the level of care needed due to lack of staff, lack of caring employees, red tape, etc. As a personal caregiver, all my time is devoted to your loved one and not shared with others who need the same level of care. I feel Seniors are like Gold; They are precious, they still have a lot to offer, and we as a society need to nurture that which will be a light for future generations.
