I have been a caregiver for 5 years now. I enjoy working with people and mostly enjoy jobs where i have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoy taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I became a care giver because i like doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. I love making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better, just knowing I made someone day makes my day. It’ is not always an easy job but it’ is a rewarding one, knowing I have made someone day and seeing smiles on people’s face says it all. I also have experience working with elderly adults who have dementia/ Alzheimer’s disease.
