Why I love caregiving
I absolutely love being a caregiver because nothing makes me happier than bringing a smile to someone’s face. Caring for others isn’t just a job for me—it’s truly my passion. Whether it’s sharing a laugh, helping with daily routines, or just being there to listen, I find joy in making someone’s day a little brighter.

My experience
I’ve been providing care for about five years (off and on, but likely even more if you count the little ways I’ve always helped those around me). During that time, I’ve supported people with a variety of needs—from companionship and daily living tasks to more specialized care.

My skills and training
I’m CPR and First Aid certified, so safety is always at the top of my list. I’m also comfortable assisting with meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and personal care. Patience, empathy, and good communication are key skills—and I’ve developed those through both experience and a natural ability to connect with people. Families can trust that I’ll meet their loved one where they are each day, with kindness and respect.
