I got into taking care of the elderly because of my grandmother. She adopted and raised me when my mom couldn't. She did everything she could for me as I was growing up and in her later years I saw her blood children claim to take care of her and love her but each did things to her through the years that stressed her and made her depression issues worst. I couldn't speak up too much because i felt it wasnt my place to speak to adults in that mannar so all i could do was pick up her pieces. I'm no Saint I stressed her plenty after I grew up going down the wrong path but I knew I didn't want her to suffer and I turned my life around. She is the reason I'm branching out I want everyone's grandmother to be treated as I treat my own. I see people all the time at stores or trying to load groceries and it kills me because I think where is that person to be there for them? I want to be that person I want to help your loved one thrive!
